• API Usage Logs: We record details of API requests, including endpoint, image file size, processing time, model used, success status, and estimated cost.

• Request Metadata: Timestamps, detection types selected, and anonymization mode chosen.

Image Data Storage

Default Behavior: We store your processed images for 30 days to enable history features, re-downloads, and quality improvements. After 30 days, images are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers.

Opting Out: You may opt out of image storage at any time in your account settings. When opted out, images are processed entirely in memory and deleted immediately after processing completes. No image data is retained.

Account Deletion: All stored images are permanently deleted when you delete your account.

We do not use your images to train our public AI models without your explicit written consent.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process transactions and send related information.
• Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.

• Processed Images: 30 days by default, or immediately deleted if you opt out of storage in your account settings.
• Account Data: Until you delete your account, plus any period required by law for tax and accounting purposes.
• API Usage Logs: 90 days for debugging and analytics, unless stored longer due to legal, accounting, or audit requirements.
• Billing Records: Retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws (typically 7 years).
